About the Evolution of 
The Non-Profit Foundation Structure

Everything changes.   Everything evolves.   Sooner of later, everything becomes something else.   This includes all life forms, all of Nature's creations, all human creations, and all human-created business structures such as the non-profit foundation.   The OMACouncil is taking the structure and the use of the traditional non-profit foundation to its next logical step.   Let us begin by showing you how this is in perfect alignment with Nature and  with the Universe.  

The Nature of Evolution

Evolution is alive, dynamic, ever changing, and constantly-in-motion.   All physical life-forms on planet Earth are biochemical, bio-electric, carbon-based, ecosystems.   Your physical body is an ecosystem made up of billions of very small life forms.   The cells of your body function in harmony with billions on microorganisms that live in and on your body.   Every small eco-system is part of a larger eco-system.   You are (your body is) a very small cell in the much larger life form that we call planet Earth.  

Even though we may not be aware of it, our social, political, economic, religious systems are also intimate, interconnected pieces of the collective unity we call Earth.   All human-created physical things, and Mother Nature's own environmental structures are also intimate, interconnected pieces of the collective unity we call Earth.   Everything is in and intimately, interconnected with and part of everything else.  

Everything (all movements - all life forms) function in closed loops.   Everything is recycled in one form or another.  Nothing is open ended.   

If human life on planet Earth is to be sustainable, we must function within this natural context -- within the context of unity and harmony with everything else on planet Earth.    And within this context that every action, every activity, every creation, every destruction, every planting, every harvest, every factory, every activity of any kind whatsoever must function within and as part of a  closed loop.   You cannot throw anything "away."  Everything recycles in one form or another.     

The New Non-profit Structures and Uses?

Why use the foundation structure:   There are three main reason for using foundations and dozens of additional reasons.   Here are the top three:

1)   Eliminating Incredibly-Destructive Conflicts of Interest:   Foundations eliminate the conflicts of interest that that are so incredibly destructive in the present corporate world.   The destruction is most obvious in the financial industry.   The home foreclosure crisis offers a clear example of how the financial corporations place profit ahead of anyone, anything, and everything else.  

2)   A major tool for the Peaceful Redistribution of Wealth:  When we bring in non-profit foundations as partners with the existing corporation or replacements for them, you quickly see that the foundations redirect the corporate earnings so that workers, customers, and the environment have equal standing with making a profit.   Money that presently goes into the vaults of the super-wealthy will flow naturally and easily to employees, customers, and to taking care of the environment. 

3)   Elimination exploitation of people, and the Environment:   Adding foundations to the present corporate management structure eliminates one of the world's major problems -- exploitation capitalism.   Our website clearly shows how non-profit foundation can eliminate the needless destruction of  exploitation of the present form of capitalism.
