One
of the major steps required at this time is to activate our website
development
team.
Because
successful social transformation requires major changes in several
areas, such as economics, politics, religion, and the environment, we
have over two dozen websites. Each site address a different
aspect of the
transformation process.
In
order to develop and manage these sites, we are creating the
OMACouncil Website Development Team. The team is made up of
five
major components:
Content
Creator:
Creates
the website content.
Webmaster: The webmaster
handles website design, visuals, graphics,
and
formatting.
Content
Editor: Edits website content,
writing style, et cetera.
Grammar
Editor:
Edits/corrects spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and the
like. The
same person may function as both the Content
Editor and the Grammar
Editor.
Team
Coordinator:
Team
coordination will be done under the structure of the OMACouncil
Foundation. In the foundation, whenever it is best to do so,
independent contractors, (referred to as cells) will be used instead of
employees. For example, the webmaster is a cell. The
webmaster is an independent contractor. He is also one of the
foundation's beneficiaries.
